LightsLux reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.
Commission rates are displayed on the official sign-up page and may vary based on promotions or affiliate tiers.
Commissions are earned only on completed purchases made through your unique referral link or approved code.
Returned, refunded, fraudulent, or canceled orders do not qualify for commissions.
All referrals must be tracked through LightsLux’s affiliate software.
Last-click or program-defined tracking rules determine commission eligibility.
LightsLux is not responsible for untracked referrals due to user settings, ad blockers, or browsing behavior.
Payments are made via the method listed in your affiliate dashboard (e.g., PayPal).
Minimum payout threshold applies.
Payouts occur after the verification period (typically 7–30 days after order completion).
You are responsible for providing correct payout information.
Affiliates may not:
Engage in misleading, spammy, or deceptive promotion.
Bid on LightsLux brand keywords or trademarks (e.g., “LightsLux,” “Lights Lux”) in paid ads.
Use coupon sites, cashback sites, or price-scraping extensions unless pre-approved.
Present themselves as LightsLux employees or representatives.
Promote false, exaggerated, or unverified claims about products.
Use their own referral link for personal purchases.
Violation may result in commission forfeiture or termination from the Program.
LightsLux grants limited permission to use brand images strictly for promotional purposes.
Affiliates may not:
Alter product images in misleading ways.
Use copyrighted content not provided or approved by LightsLux.
LightsLux may request removal of any content at any time.
LightsLux may:
Suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
Withhold commissions on suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Affiliates may leave the Program anytime by contacting support.
Affiliates must maintain high-quality content aligned with LightsLux brand values:

Clean, aesthetic presentation
Honest representation
LightsLux reserves the right to evaluate alignment at any time.
LightsLux is not liable for:
Losses arising from tracking issues, technical problems, or delays.
Actions taken by third-party affiliate platforms.
Affiliates agree to indemnify LightsLux against claims resulting from their promotional activities.
LightsLux may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
